How should I send my medical records?
You should upload your records through our online form.
Do we need to organize the medical records before sending them to FRC?
No. For your convenience, FRC will sort and organize all medical records for you.
Is there another way to schedule a Medical File Review (MFR) besides by telephone?
Yes. There are a variety of ways to schedule MFR’s. You may use our online referral form and upload medical records OR email the information and medical file to us.
What is your typical turnaround time for reports?
FRC’s goal is to provide our clients with a final report within 2-5 days. All file reviews within 5-7 days or as requested. Often our clients will receive the final report within 2-3 days.
What if I need the report by a certain date?
STAT reviews are our specialty! At the time of scheduling, please notify a FRC representative that you need the report immediately. We will make every effort to deliver the final report in keeping with your time constraints.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, it is considered a no show. There is a fee for a no show.
Do you notify all parties of the scheduled appointment?
No. We will send a confirmation letter to the requesting party only.
Is FRC’s consultant board certified?
Yes. Dr. Boucher is board certified in Occupational Medicine.
Do I need to notify FRC prior to sending a file review?
No. Simply email the medical file to us, or use our online referral form.
